Meet the instructor Rebecca

Hi! I’m Rebecca Hauser, creator of the IRE Method and CEO of the Infant Development and Sleep Academy.
The IRE Method is unique and distinct because it involves NO CRYING and takes the baby's individual needs into account. Years ago, I witnessed a friend and his wife trying to "train" their six-month-old baby. I saw how difficult it was for them, how they had to steel themselves to endure the crying, and how the process took far longer than they had anticipated.
During the years of research I conducted before developing the method, I discovered that babies have natural sleep habits; difficulties in falling asleep arise when they struggle to relax and release physical and mental tension.
My method first helps the baby reconnect with their natural ability to sleep, and then—within three weeks—enables them to sleep through the night using effective, NO-CRY techniques.
